Creative Corporate Teambuilding
Utilizing creativity for corporate team building is a human-centerd, heart-centered approach that is engaging and focus's on strengthening collaboration, improving communication, and building trust in the workplace. Creative team building invites participants to step out of their usual comfort zones and roles and connect through the use of imagination, self-expression, and shared experience. With activities such as collaborative art-making, guided reflection, story telling and music, team members are able to explore new ways of thinking and creating together. These experiences encourage innovation, neutralize hierarchy, and allow individuals to be seen and values for their unique expression and perspective. Creativity is proven to activate curiosity, naturally lower stress, and opens the door to more authentic connection.
Sedona Cacao & Paint
An intentional creative gathering rooted in ancient traditions that use pure ceremonial cacao as a plant medicine. Cacao is known to open the heart and facilitate a deepened awareness. The participants are guided to sip cacao intentionally with a meditation and guided intuitive painting process t0 create a personalized painting on canvas. Sharing and collaboration in a group setting is encouraged along with socialization and fun! There is music that accompanies the experience wether it is live music or a curated playlist for the event. Participants join together in a sacred circle and share their final art piece and overall experience.
Heart & Soul Cacao Ritual
The Heart & Soul Cacao Ceremony is a sacred, nourishing experience designed to gently open the heart, quiet the mind, bring balance, and reconnect participants to their inner truth, creativity, and emotional wisdom. The ritual is rooted in ancient Mesoamerican cacao traditions and adapted to modern life. This ceremony creates a safe, intentional space for reflection, healing, and soulful expression. The experience includes ceremonial grade cacao, a guided heart & soul meditation along with gentle breathwork, intention sestting, and music a Ritual elements are integrated into the experience with shared reflection and integration. The heart & soul cacao ceremony invites participants to slow down and reconnect with what truly matters. This ceremony is especially beneficial for personal healing, creative self-renewal, life transitions or intimate couple or group gatherings.
Mentorship Sessions
Mentorship sessions are held in a supportive intuitive space for deep personal and creative growth. Each session is individually tailored to help navigate any inner or out relationship in ones life. Through guidance, reflective dialouge, and creative practices we explore clarity, purpose and allignment (soul-path). These sessions weave together a tapestry of intuitive coaching, soulful inquiry, heart-centered practices, creative expression, and provide tools & practices to incorporate into everyday life. Wether you are seeking deeper self-discovery, inner or outer resolution, emotional healing or clarity towards your most authentic self the mentorship sessions are facilitated in a way to help each person move forward in their highest truth with confidence.
Spirit & Art Kids
Spirit & Art Kids is a creative program designed to nurture childrens emotional expression, imagination, and inner wisdoms through the use of art materials and creative art-play. Each session consists of a creative prompt that will allow each kid to apply deeper meaning to their art in whatever way that shows up for them in the moment!The sessions may also include, storytelling, writing, and movement as a way to help children and youth feel safe to express, seen and accepted authentically in their unique creative self expression. Through painting, mixed media, and guided heart-connection practices- kids are guided to explore their feelings, build confidence, and develop emotional intelligence in a playful age-appropriate way. Rather then focusing on techniques or 'perfect art' the program honors a process over product approach and celebrating creativity as a means for self-discovery, emotional regulation, and joy!
About Your Guide
Allison De Puydt is a creative guide, cacao facilitator, and space-holder devoted to helping people reconnect with their hearts through ritual, art, and presence. Allison embodies a grounded yet soulful approach to sessions and groups. Allison weaves ceremonial cacao together with her mentorship style, intuitive painting and guided visualization practices to create meaningful experiences that inspire growth and authentic self-expression. Drawing from two decades of personal practice and facilitation in the realm of indigenous art and ceremony, Allison creates environments that are nuturing and expanisive. Her work bridges the spiritual and practical, making elements of ancient ritual easily accesable. Whether leading intimate individual, couple, or group sessions Allison's intention always remains-- to open the heart , quiet the mind, and invite meaningful connection to self, others, and personal purpose.
